You can start working with any small consultancy firm, as being a B.Com graduate you have sufficient knowledge about taxation and accounting. Gain some experience and then go for MBA. With few months of work experience it will give you advantage in MBA over the other Freshers, who are without any work experience, during your placements. If you are interested in Higher studies you can do M.Com and the go for Ph.D. and after that you can work in teaching field. The Bachelor of Commerce with Honours B.Com (Hons) degree is a postgraduate programme which can be taken by meritorious students.
