    Hi,
    Having a BEd degree is no longer enough to become a school teacher. Aspirants will now have to clear an eligibility test with at least 60% to be able to teach at any private or government school. The test will be conducted once a year, separately by State Govts and the Centre.
    Eligibility Criteria: The minimum qualification for classes 1 to 5, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or applying in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent).     you should do nothing but shud adopt teaching as career if you want to go further then go for Med
