What can be job prospects for both mcom and mba in HR in India and abroad?

I have 58% in B.com and am pursuing M.com. I want to further study for mba in HR. So what can be the job prospects regarding these degrees both in India and abroad? Which countries would be best that would have higher opportunities for jobs in HR?
