What can be the resolution for this incident and how can I get in touch with the right person for the same?
Due to poor organizing CAT center. I lost exam minutes in QA section. Hence, I could not answer all the questions I knew. Mouse was not working in 2nd pc given to continue exam. During this time timer was running. I have sent a query to IIM AHD, however I did not receive any response?

Hi Amutha,
It's unfortunate that you had to deal with such unprofessional management system. I would request you to await a reply from IIM Ahmadabad as the issue has already been brought under IIM's notice.

I have still not received any reply from IIM Ahmadabad. And here the results are out too. Planning to get the time log from IIM Ahmadabad, through RTI.
