    Hi,
It is very tough to get a job after completing B.Pharma. If you're not looking for a job in sales and marketing and want a career in research or some other job, then you'll have to pursue higher studies. Students interested in academia and R&D take M.Pharm or Ph.D. It will add a higher degree and greater career opportunity to your CV, but also you can become a professor in Indian Universities.
For this, CSIR NET exam is held twice a year:
You can check the below mentioned link for eligibility:

Below mentioned are other career options:
    1. Pharmacist.
    2. Drug inspector.
    3. Drug squad in

Either you can do M.Pharma or MBA as per your interest. Master in pharmacy is deviated in various different fields. By recent field report, M.Pharma in pharmaceutics is most valuable in India where as in US and other foreign countries pharmacology is well established. Pharmaceutics is unique subject deals with all F&D, production etc. So, scope is clear. Though some places of pharmacology are absorbed by MBBS but M.Pharma in pharmacology is competitive with MBBS. A person with Pharmacology can enter in preclinical and clinical studies. Herbal Drug industry is booming in India and other parts. So pharmacognosy is bigger aspect now. Dema

There is a lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:
Getting a job directly after B.Pharm:Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharm. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies.
