You have three options in front of B.Tech CS: (a) You can start your career as Developer or Tester in any IT company. (b) M.Tech CSE to become super specialist (c) MBA to become generalist. All options have its pros and cons. You may select any based on your interests and personal conditions.

There are a large large number of options out there for you. You can go for a job in any of the IT hub cities that'll pay you with a decent and reasonable salary. Bangalore, Noida, NCR, Gurgaon, Chandigarh. Besides, you can go for M.Tech by giving the GATE examination. You can go for M.BA through CAT. Or, try going for Bank jobs that are only eligible to CS and it students. Those posts are very fine and decent & can be bagged through written test.
