you have to options job or study.
If you are planing for study, then you have one year for preparation, start preparation for entrance exam for MCA or MBA(IT).
If you are planing for Job. then you can join 6 month course for related field like language course java php, .net designi

After completing BCA you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your BCA and then opt for further studies.
