If you are not interested in research you can go for Industrial microbilogy that will open avenues for you in different industries like food and beverage, pharma, dairy, nutraceutical, etc.
Many universities like Lovely, Amity, GJU etc are providing this course.

After B.Sc Biotechnology if you are not interested in M.Sc Biotechnology, you may opt for courses such as :
-PGD in Biotechnology
-PGD in Clinical Research
-Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology
-Integrated PhD courses
You may even opt for short term courses :
-Advanced Diploma in Bio
