What can I do after civil engineering? I am interested in interior designing and software field.

Yes, Interior designing is the best choice for you Because Civil engineering is a lot harder course to complete than Interior designing. Say, trigonometry as compared to addition, subtraction. So, you are already overqualified for being a designer. Designing is a lot more happening field than engineering and each new project is a new start, a new challenge to your skills.
It is really interesting section for an engineer. So, I personally suggest you to go for that.
