What can I do after completing 10+2 in computer science?

I scored 9 marks in 2014 JEE Mains & also scored less in my 12th boards i.e. 51% (in 2014). I am looking to do something now and took a drop from 2015 till now due to medical reasons. I did a Diploma in civil engineering but only completed 1-semester with 70%. I left my diploma after completing 1sem

Don't worry. Just complete your Diploma then after this, take the admission in the lateral entry for B.Tech. But I suggest you keep all the documents related to your health conditions so that you will have to face less problem while taking admission.
