What can I do after completing Diploma?
I want to do distance MBA or B.Tech. Which is a better option?

You cannot do MBA unless you are a graduate and diploma holders (only engineering diploma of 3 years approved by state board of technical education) are equivalent to 10+2 hence you are eligible for BE B Tech or BCA, B.Sc computer Science and other graduation.
