Their are good possible ways to enhance your career.
Firstly, you can go for Bachelor's in engineering, if you want to look yourself as a engineer then you should go for it it will be the better choice.
If you don't want to be proced with engineering then you can go for any other Bachelor's degree such as B.Sc then you can go for MBA you will enter in management field. This will be most economical if you want to switch to management career.
And if you are good at academics you can complete the B.Sc while pursuing a Job on diploma basis.

You can do BE or B.Tech after polytechnic. Then after your degree, you can do ME, M.Tech or MBA. -

Diploma holders can take lateral entry to 2nd year or third semester of B.Tech/B.E. Course in government as well as private institutes. In general, the state technical board carries out entrance for lateral entry. You can get details regarding this visiting the official website of respective board.
