Hi Hemanth,
One can pursue the following option after M.Tech :-
* PhD (research in India as well as in Abroad),
* Teaching (after M.Tech you can join the faculty in various colleges and universities),
Management (you can pursue MBA),
* Academicians (you can join a college as a faculty, professor)
