Offcoure the instant reply would be-You should find a job after MBA (IB), but if you are looking for courses to pursue, I suggest, you make a list of sectors/industry in which you would like to work, accordingly find out the courses. Otherwise, there are more than thousand courses which you can purs

you can go for phd in management and can go for lecturer jobs . all the best
