Soon after the completion of BCA course, I suggest you to join in job opportunity rather than going for higher studies. But do this if you get any good job opportunity by the time you complete your BCA course. Don't leave higher studies for the sake of job that you got in ordinary compan

You should definitely go for MCA. As you are saying you have good practical knowledge and programming is also good. You can also go for MBA, but that option is for those who want to have career in non-technical field. So it is again up to you career in technical field or non technical field.
