    Hi,
    Go for higher education:
    1. Master Programs-
    Computer Management
    Information Management
    Business Administration
    Information Technology
    2. Postgraduate Diploma
    Computer Applications
    Corporate Studies
    Management
    Security Management
    3. Short Term courses-
    Cisco Certifications
    JAVA or J2EE
    Digital Signal Processing
    VLSI Design/Embedded Systems
    Industrial Automation
You can even try out for jobs in government as well as in private firms or can perform as web designers or program developers or have a career in systems management.
Feel free to raise further questions. In case it resolves, close the thread by liking it or marking it as best.
    Good Luck.

You should definitely go for MCA. As you are saying you have good practical knowledge and programming is also good. You can also go for MBA, but that option is for those who want to have career in non-technical field. So it is again up to you career in technical field or non technical field.
I would suggest you to go for MCA (Good Practical knowledge and good programmer).
Hope this helps you rather than confusing you.
