You can pursue some skill development courses. You have ample options available via the online route as well. There are lot of Diploma/certificate courses available in respective area of specialisation. These courses help you acquire skills that are required on the job. During the campus placement process, these skills will give you an advantage over other candidates. -
1. Keep your resume to one page if you are fresher.
2. Make your qualifications summary the first thing on your resume.
3. Emphasize your achievements, not your responsibilities.
4. Quantify the effect youve had on the businesses youve worked for, and be specific.
5. Emphasize your most recent experience.
6. List the company name and dates of employment.
7. Stress leadership whenever you can.
8. Leave high school in the past.
9. Put work experience, and then educational information.
10. Use verbs to start every bullet point.
11. Make your resume easy to read.
12. Incorporate things that will set you apart.
