A degree is always better as it will fetch you a better job and position. A diploma is okay for those who are already a graduate. I am doubtful if you will get a good job after Diploma (If you are not a graduate).

If you are a design graduate and somehow you do not get placement through college. Do not worry. There are plenty of placement agencies who work independently (do not charge the candidate) and provide jobs in this industry. Besides these independent placement agencies there are big portals like nauk
