    Agreeing to Sameera, I tooo would suggest you either to go for a Masters in Banking and Finance if you are keen to study first and then opt for a job, but if you are keen to secure a job right after your graduation then you can also opt to write the Bank PO exams and secure a head start.

    Well, for exploring a Successful and bright future in Banking or Finance sector, following dergee courses are good options.MBA (Finance, Sales), CA
    If you are B.COM graduate, so you have no need to take higher study for career in banking and finance sector. You can join companies related to business.
    But if you want to take higher study then MBA is option for you. you can also take M.COM degree for career in banking and finace. Basically you are sufficient for career in banking and finance sector. higher study is your choice.
