what can i do for doing difeerent graduate cources samiltaneously?

sir,I want to ask u that,i am doing BA(with pol.science,mih,sociology) from regular college. can i do BA hons. (with political science or public administration)from distance education(IGNOU), Is it valid & legal or not?
