Hi Aman,
To pursue B.Tech after diploma in engineering field you need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
To be eligible for lateral entry course, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the Diploma course.
You may directly contact the university officials as lateral entry criteria and admission procedure differs from one college to another.
