What can I do further after completing ITI fitter?

Dear Ajinkya,
If you are an ITI holder then you should do a Diploma engineering in mechanical branch. Now you can get direct admission in the 2nd year of Diploma engineering through lateral entry. Each state conduct own entrance exam for it
