    Gampa !it totally depends on your interest that what you want to do in your life.you can go for job as well as for master.in my opinion you must go for masters and can achieve excellence in your discipline . later you can go for job,this will help you with higher package.
    choose the college cautiously which along with good placements provide platform for research and projects.here are some of the colleges where you can get admission:
    1.IIT
    2.BITS
    3.Lovely Professional University
    these institutes are doing exceptionally well in their fields with assured placements.

    scope of civil engineering more or less remains the same but with increase technology in the field of construction today the demand for the skilled civil engineers expert in a particular technologies are in great demand so if you have a specific knowledge about Technologies, then you are good to go with the prospect of future civil engineer.
