Hello Vivek, To pursue Computer Science Engineering, one needs to complete 12th from science stream or should have pursued Diploma in Computers. As you have completed 12th standard from Arts stream, therefore you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria and hence, you are not eligible to pursue Engi
