What can I do to join any IIT, NIT or IIIT? I am a class 12th dropout with 74.80%.

No, you can't. According to JoSAA, you either have to score above 75% or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. JoSAA has uploaded the minimum marks for the top 20 percentile in different boards, check if you have scored above that or else you will need to reappear for your boards. Best

It is not possible. But you are close to 75%. So, ask any other expert.
