What can I do to pursue my career in medical rather than MBBS? Which would be the best subjects if I want to go in the research field?

I got 9.4 CGPA in class 10th and 91% in 12th from medical stream. I want a career with salary of about 40k-60k per month.

    Today there are lots of streams in medical rather than only degree so called 'MBBS'.
    And except BDS and B.Pharma all other career will lead you either to conduct a research work or to become a lecturer and professor.
    1. Biotech in medicine
    2. Microbiology
    3. Bionics
    4. Nanotechnology
    5. Artificial Intelligence
    and many others.
    But the only problem is that you can only do your best in these if you study from abroad except microbiology, due to lack of technology and some other major problems in our country.
