Apart from ur B.Sc. and 7 years of Experience if u add on ur skills as RHCSA & RHCE + CCNA Global Certification will give u more mileage in ur future career.

To become a network engineer in a private firm, you need not be a B Tech holder. A graduate in relevant discipline followed by some networking certifications and some experience will do
