Well, if I am right then, you can pursue any of them depending on your career interest. Like of you want to become a Psychologist then you'll have to complete M.A. Psychology filled by M.Phil or Ph.D. else, you go for M.B.A.
    Hope this helps!

It totally depends upon your interest. Psychology as a specialisation in the third year will make you eligible to do MA in psychology. It has a good scope.

It totally depends upon your interest. As Psychology third year is specialisation course. If you pursued counseling there, then go for M.A as it will be good course. You can also do MBA in HR or Organisational behaviour which is a very good field.
