What can I pursue after completing UG in B.A.English? I am interested in pursuing MBA in HR or shipping and logistics.

Yes you can do MBA after ur B.A in English.. what you need to do just appear for any of the entrance exam like CAT XAT CMAT MAT ATMA and give ur best on that.. Best of luck
