You can attempt several exams for Army.
1. CDSE is the main exam conducted by UPSC.
2. TGC for Technical students.
3. UES for Prefinal year Engineering students. These are some common exams you can prepare for.

Yes, they are related to CSE. There is no particular requirement for CSE in army yet.
