What career options can a BE (IT) working as a Tech Support Engineer look at
i am BE in IT and served as tech support engr. in a bpo for 1 year.but i am quite frustrated of this job now.i want to know is there any benefit of staying in this profession.or should i switch to another line.also tell me areas where my exp is beneficial.also suggest any further course which helps

Dear Manali,
If you want to switch, though PG degree is best option, but still by doing some certification courses you can increase the value of your profile to get a much better job.
Also, there are a lot of options and i am listing below the most prominent ones from the job point of view:

1. Pursue higher studies (MBA / MS / MTech)
