What career options do I have as I am planning to discontinue engineering after completing the 1st year?

I have completed my class 10th and 12th from Air Force School, Bangalore and in class 10th I scored 8.6 CGPA and in class 12th my PCM percentage was 71.6 and my overall percentage was 70. I scored 7.04 SGPA in the B.tech 1st year.
