What CAT percentile will ensure the admission in this college considering poor academics (59%) and 1 year experience with good GD/PI ?

The higher the better. 98.5 and above and you have a strong strong chance of getting International Management and HR courses. And a strong chance of PGPM too. to just get a call, 95 percentile will do. Moreover, GDPI is being given more weightage now, CAT weightage has come down to 60% now.

Hi Tanuj,
Till last year CAT score had 50% weightage in total score for final selection. However, from this year, CAT score is only considered for clearing the first stage, that is getting the call.
So even though the college has a minimum requirement of 60% for academics, you can still convert it if you have above 59%, provided your essay, extempore rounds and interview is very good.
This year's CAT score cut-off for getting the call was 87 for PGDM and 84 for PGDM HR and PGDM B&FS.
So CAT percentile will not really give a surety of admission.
