What CAT score should I be aiming at to get a call from top B-Schools in India?

10th- 9.8 CGPA, 12th- 94.4% B.Tech from NIT Kurukshetra in mechanical 7.8 CGPA (SC category). I have zero work experience and will give CAT this December. I completed my graduation in 2k17. Will this cause any hinderance in getting selected by the top B-Schools?

You must target to score at least 97 percentile to get calls from newer IIMs or top B-Schools like MDI, XLRI, XIMB and S. P. Jain. As you have a good academic profile, you can surely expect few more good B-Schools call.
