What challenges does a student face who has done his MCA from an average college or from an open university?

Lower ranked MCA colleges and open universities do not have facility of campus placement. Majority of fresher computer graduate hiring by Indian IT companies and MNC is through campus placement. It is difficult to get good job if you do not get selected in campus placement after or during MCA degree
