What chances I have to get admission for M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering? I have not given GATE exam.

If you want to do M. Tech from government college then you must give the GATE exam. There is no other option to take admission in M. Tech without GATE in government colleges. Yes, private universities are there where you can take admission without any exam.
