To get admission for MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 in general category. It seems difficult for you to get government college as per your said score, you should try for private colleges.

To get admission for MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400. So you can expect a private medical college.
