What college to choose from ANY NIT with Instumentation and engineering branch OR any Good State Govt college with Cse branch???

If it NIT Trichy or any top 12 NITs you can go for it even if it is metallurgy as you will have a chance of getting a better branch like chemical through sliding. otherwise better go for local colleges CSE.
