what colleges are good for btech in computer science after class12 ?

I am willing to pursue btech in computer science,in computer's i scored 90 in 10 and 92 in 12 board exam. scored 80% in 10 ICSE and 70% in 12 cbse board.But pcmb average score in 10 was 70 and in 12 pcm score is 59.so what college can i apply for?

    you have to give entrance test and attend counseling and today many coolege like all IITS , thaper , PEC , DEC , NITSand many other colleges
