what actually matters is you should have minimum a first class or the company may put condition of % in specific cases.

The aggregate is considered. If there are any backlogs, they will ask about the same. There is also a possibility of them checking if your scores are consistent. You will definitely have your semester marks card right? If not, the final exam marks card will include all the semesters marks as well.

Companies requirements differ with different companies. Most of them give only the final marks so i guess its ok.

Thanks sahit. You mean to say most of them ask just final years marks(sem7+sem8)? As i was a student of pune university,we had only sem7+sem 8 marks in degree certificate.
