Hi Pratik,
Some companies have specific requirements like they want aggregate of all sems. But generally final year marks are what they look for.

The aggregate is considered. If there are any backlogs, they will ask about the same. There is also a possibility of them checking if your scores are consistent. You will definitely have your semester marks card right? If not, the final exam marks card will include all the semesters marks as well.

what actually matters is you should have minimum a first class or the company may put condition of % in specific cases.
