What could be the cost for pursuing post-graduation in France or Japan?

I'm currently pursuing B.Sc in CS. I have to or will have to grab an abroad scholarship since as due to money issues. Basically, I'm in my first year. I'll work while I learn as to chip in if only things could work out. Thanks in advance.
