What course and university should I choose to attempt for a distance education for graduation?

I am from Bangalore, completed 12th in 2005, then quit B.sc in 1st sem as I was not interested in BCA. I tried to do graduation again via ICFAI and found courses too tough. Now due to xyz reasons, I need to have a graduation cert in the next few years.
