This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. All the specialisations offered have good career potentials. However keeping in mind your interest areas choose the one that suits your interest areas.

It depends on your choice of interest. The first year of your MBA course will give you a briefing of what are the subjects of interest offered. So in your second year you have to choose your choice of interests accordingly.

MBA has PGDM and MS in it, which are further divided into main 4 streams that is Finance, Marketing, HR, operations. You need to choose according to your interest and strengths that you possess.
