What course in MS combines telecommunications and management?

I'm pursuing BE in ECE. I have interest in communication field and also in management field. I want to do as a dual degree in MS.

    MS course do combine both tech and management. but you can always opt for a short term management course after you complete your MS if you love so much to management career.
