What course is good After BE Civil engineerig?

What is better specialization for PG in Civil? And is it better to do MBA than ME? Which country is good for Civil engineering and its Educational point of view?

M Tech Structural Engineering, Remote Sensing, Geo Technical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering etc if you dream of a technical hand, else MBA is also good for your career.
