I am 38yrs female keen to start second career in managment .my academic details are B.com ,M.COM with approx 5yrs of work experience in banking and courirer industry in b.com i scored 59% n in M.com 43%

Retail marketing will help you a lot. Now a days there is quite demand of this profession. Either you can complete 3-6 months Certificate or Diploma course instead of wasting again more time in graduation or post graduation.
