I have completed my mba in aviation & hr. Now i want to study something more to gain new knowledge which will help me in my career. Currently I am working as Assistant Manager - HR.
I want to know which course will benefit me in my career in HR or any other options?

Since you have an MBA at hand, it is advisable that you go for higher qualifications. In that case you go for a PhD. You may attempt NET eligibility tests and try for M Phil or PhD.
