    It depends upon your interest.
In CSE you will be dealing with subjects like:
Different programming language, Algorithm, + Database,+ Operating System,+ Automata Theory,+ Compiler Design.
Maths will be integral part of your study.
While in ECE you will be dealing with subjects like:
Network analysis , Signal & system, Electronic devices, Integrated circuits, Digital electronics, Digital & analogue communications etc.
Maths will not be the main subject !
Based on your interest, you can chose any of these.

You can choose for CSE as there are more job opportunities. Taking admission in ECE, you will be restricted only to particular field, i have seen many students of CSE working in IT companies.
But i recommend you to take admission only in good institute, as it matters a lot in your career. Some of best engineering institutes after IIT's and NIT's are thapar university, Lovely Professional University, IIIT

The course u choose depends upon u'r interest. But with respect to the quality basis cs is more better than ece, but once again it should be u'r interest taking the decision rather than the market value as opting your choice will help u score more marks and hence better job opportunities.
