What course should I pursue in order to restart my work? Not necessarily in the same field, I am open to try new fields.

I am a 40-year commerce graduate who secured 57% in 10th and 63% in 12th. I have work experience of 15 years in banking of sourcing new accounts and as a call center manager in reputed firms.
